Experience - 7-12


Location-Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Kolkata



1. Digital : ServiceNow_IT Service Management-E2

2. ServiceNow - E2

ATF (Automated tested framework)


Role Servicenow developer


1. Good knowledge about different Service Now modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Management, etc

2. Ability to both configure and demonstrate solutions in the ServiceNow platform

3. HandsOn Experience in Automated Tested Farmework. Experience in creating test scenarios for ITSM modules.

4.Understanding of client side and server side scripting - business rules, script actions, script includes, UI pages, UI macro, etc.

5. Workflow configuration, report development, integration components

6. Should have good understanding of Data Sources, Import sets and Transform maps.

7. Understand the Service Level Agreement for support environment.

8. Good to have external tools integration done with ServiceNow using web services (SOAP, REST)

9. Basic knowledge of ITIL Framework along with processes.

10. Ability to suggest new approaches for implantation of new module.

11. In depth knowledge of servicenow to find Product level bugs post upgrade.

12. Knowledge of Service now Tool Administration.

13. Ability to implement end to end module using service now components

ATF implementation experience is MUST



Minimum Qualification:

15 years of full-time education
