We’re looking for a tech-savvy, creative Social Media Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes social media trends. You’ll be responsible for strategizing, scripting, and creating high-performing content for our Instagram and YouTube channels, bringing fresh ideas, clever storytelling, and smart use of AI tools to every campaign.Responsibilities:Build and execute content strategies for Instagram and YouTube focused on growth and engagementWrite and develop creative scripts for reels, shorts, and carousel posts that capture attention fastPlan monthly content calendars and campaigns aligned with brand and marketing goalsUse AI tools for content ideation, caption generation, analytics, and workflow optimizationEdit and publish short-form videos and visuals that reflect a consistent brand voice and styleTrack social media analytics, monitor trends, and experiment with new content formatsEngage with the community across platforms to build strong audience relationshipsCollaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to execute campaigns effectivelyRequirements:1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital storytellingDeep understanding of Instagram and YouTube algorithms, formats, and content trendsStrong copywriting and scriptwriting skills for short-form video and carousel contentComfortable working with AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, & moreBasic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent)Strong sense of aesthetics, timing, and visual storytellingAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and improve strategyPreferred Skills:Experience managing influencer campaignsUnderstanding of YouTube SEO and content optimizationAbility to brainstorm and lead creative campaigns end-to-endWhat We Offer:Freedom to experiment with content ideas and formatsExposure to brand-building strategy and data-driven marketingGrowth-oriented environment that rewards creativity and innovation
