Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will be responsible for designing and building cloud-native infrastructure that powers our digital education platform.You will lead the development of CI/CD automation, enforce infrastructure-as-code, and ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight as you mentor the DevOps team and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams.About the RoleDesign and implement CI/CD solutions across all environments.Implement and manage different environments as required for different products.Provide subject matter expertise on DevOps best practices.Develop and maintain IaaC.Setup and manage stateful clusters using K8s for MongoDB, Redis, etcSetup and manage best-in-class security posture across the environments.RequirementsHands-on experience with cloud environments - AWS and good knowledge of GCP, Azure.Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts, platforms and practices (Jenkins/Gitlab/Github Actions/CircleCI).Deep understanding of virtualisation, containers and orchestration tools - Docker KVM, k8s etc.Hands-on experience with the Linux operating system and a good understanding of Firewalls,VPNs, Load balancers etc.Hands-on experience using Terraform, Ansible, AWS Cloud Formation etc.Good experience in infrastructure and application securityExperience and understanding of stateful (DB clusters like MongoDB, Redis, etc) and statelesscluster managementExperience with setting up K8s clusters, configuring service mesh and service-to-service AuthZ and AuthNExperience with setting up APIGateways - Kong / AWS API GatewayExpertise in setting up, configuring and managing monitoring, telemetry and logging platforms like OpenTelemtry/Prometheus/ELKAbility to do costing analysis across different tools and technologies and present trade-off decisionsExperience working on development and production infrastructure.Experience with complex, high-performance distributed systems in productionExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Strong sense of ownership and track record of quality work.Complete capacity planning and management and Design load balancing and clustering solutions according to architecture standardsPrepare architectural design documentation, including diagrams and inventories.Analyse emerging technologies and make recommendations for adaptation.Continuous Automated Testing tools, Bug tracking tools, Log aggregation tools.Strong operational experience with effective problem-solving expertise.Why Join Us?Join us in shaping the future of learning.
