Job Role:We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in civil engineering and architecture to fill this role.Key Responsibilities:• Identify, assess, and shortlist suitable candidates for civil engineering and architectural roles.• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer coordination.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.• Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide suitable candidates.• Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.• Stay informed about industry trends and talent markets in civil engineering and architecture.Requirements:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.• Proven experience in India recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.• Excellent knowledge of civil engineering and architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.• Strong sourcing skills using job boards, various channels, and other methods.• Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated individual.• Preferred: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
