Overview:

As a Senior UI/UX Developer, you will lead the design and development of user interfaces using Figma, ensuring a high-quality user experience and seamless interaction across platforms.

Responsibilities:

·      Design and Prototyping:

o  Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes using Figma.

o  Develop user-centered design solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.


o  Collaboration:

o  Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and deliver design solutions.

o  Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.


·      Design Systems and Guidelines:

o  Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.

o  Ensure designs are consistent with company branding and best practices.


·      Mentoring and Leadership:

o  Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices.

o  Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

 


Required Skills:

·      Expertise in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch).

·      Proficiency in design tools like Adobe photoshop, illustrator, InVision, etc.

·      Strong portfolio demonstrating design and prototyping skills.

·      Experience with user research and usability testing.

·      Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Skills:

·      Knowledge of cross platform and responsive designs

·      Experience with cross-platform design and development.

·      Knowledge of Adobe XD and Sketch will be an advantage.


Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

·      5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a solid portfolio demonstrating expertise.

·      Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
