Job OpportunityWe are seeking a Freelance Data Quality Specialist to augment our team of developers.The ideal candidate should possess at least 8+ years of experience in data quality management.Data Engineering and Analytics:Proficiency in writing clean, automated scripts in Python; experience with Pandas/NumPy for data manipulation and analysis; expertise in API integrations.Database Management:Strong query writing, optimization, data validation, and debugging skills in SQL.Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning:Experience in building, testing, and validating large language model pipelines, retrieval-augmented systems, and embeddings workflows.Quality Frameworks and Data Governance:Designing and implementing quality checks, validation rules, anomaly detection workflows, and ensuring compliance with internal data standards and regulatory requirements.Business Acumen and Communication:Strong understanding of structured & unstructured data, schema design, metadata, lineage tracking, and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesWe need someone who can:Develop and maintain scalable data quality frameworks across datasets, pipelines, and AI/ML platforms.Validate inputs/outputs of LLM and RAG architectures to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.Create automated testing and monitoring scripts using Python.Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and product teams to strengthen data governance and drive business outcomes.Design and implement dashboards, reports, and alerts for continuous data quality monitoring and improvement.Perform root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions to address data quality issues.
