About this role - we are seeking a Finance Functional Lead with expertise in Oracle Financial applications, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.Responsibilities:We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with proven experience as an Oracle Financial Functional Lead, focusing on Core Finance, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cash Management, Credit Management, Fixed Assets, and Expense modules.As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Financial modules.Key qualifications:At least 3-5 end-to-end implementations as a Lead for Finance.In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or later versions and cloud solutions.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite) preferred.Chartered Accountant mandatory.What we offer:A challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic organization.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Competitive compensation and benefits package.We are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
