We are looking for a driven, creative and organised UI designer who can aptly carry requirements of the multiple stakeholders, art styles, user flows, etc. to create highly modular creatives in Figma and other similar applications. You will also be heavily contributing to various aspects of the design process that preludes the UI design.
Key responsibilities
Figma Centric Design
Create modular and component centric figma design.
Mimic responsiveness through auto layout.
Be extremely proficient at using the Locofy and other such plugins.
User Interface and Experience/ Product enhancement
Create user friendly and creatively sound UI elements.
Be familiar with User flows and be able to suggest appropriate improvements.
Be familiar with Human centred design.
Graphic Design
Create creative elements that would play into PPTs, letter-heads, advertisements, etc.
Collaboration and Learning
Be able to communicate between multiple departments.
Create milestones and contribute into the design pipeline.
Be able to document your learnings.
Be able to contribute to multiple roles within the organisation.
Mandatory Qualification
A portfolio showcasing your own work is a must. Applications without a portfolio will be automatically disqualified.
Additional Qualification
Have a background in front end development.
A BDes/ BFA/ B. Voc degree in UX/UI, human centred design and related fields.
