The Independence & Conflicts Network is committed to treating all professionals as valued clients, providing objective and constructive feedback that meets regulatory and professional obligations and, to the extent possible, Deloitte's client service strategies.Work you will doConflicts: (Conflicts Management)Understanding and implementing Deloitte global policies and guidance relating to ConflictsDeveloping and maintaining relationships with the firm's service lines risk teams and other member firm conflict teams.Search various databases to understand if we have existing client relationships that can give rise to a conflict with a new proposal.Investigate websites to gather information on corporate affiliations, including parent and subsidiary relationships.Demonstrated ability to review, evaluate, and provide feedback on work completed by Analysts to ensure quality and accuracy.Offer assistance to the Manager whenever required to ensure smooth operations and effective team collaborationAbility to analyze detailed scope of services and Deloitte's role in the entire engagementApply judgment to understand DCCS search matches and to distinguish relevant search matches from those that are irrelevant.Accumulate the search results, analyze and conclude on approving a new DCCS requestManage and respond to internal queries from partners and managers within the business.Maintain high level of professionalism in communicating directly with AU proposal teams as well as foreign Member Firm contacts.Key Skills Required:Have an understanding, preferred experience of secondary market research and common tools used to determine the search resultsAdaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skillsAbility to work within a team environment, manage business stakeholders and independently coordinate and deliver commitmentsAble to work autonomously, highly self-motivated to work independentlyExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsTimely delivery of work with no/minimal errorsRespond to and/or elevate all queries and issues within 24 hours or within any other TAT specified by businessTo support in ad-hoc projects assigned and on time completion of the sameProactive in all the communication-Ability to document and communicate the results of research/reviews in an efficient and effective manner, using language and style suitable for clients, Partners and all levels and positions of Deloitte personnelTeam playing & communications – interacts constructively with team members in order to contribute towards the achievement of common goals.
