Duovarsity is Hiring: Growth Manager Interns

Are you passionate about growth, community building, and scaling impact? Duovarsity is looking for motivated Growth Manager Interns to join our team and help us shape the future of student engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute strategies to expand Duovarsity's reach in schools and colleges
  • Lead and manage student ambassador recruitment and community programs
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns, outreach, and partnerships
  • Track, analyze, and optimize student acquisition and engagement
  • Experiment, learn, and iterate to maximize growth outcomes

Who We're Looking For

  • Strong communication, analytical, and creative skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Hustle mindset – ready to think, execute, and deliver
  • College/University students
