Our team is seeking a highly skilled PHP Developer to join us in training large language models for coding tasks.Job OverviewThis is a remote contract role that involves creating high-quality, contextually relevant PHP code, curating datasets, and evaluating code outputs for fine-tuning models. The successful candidate will collaborate with other domain experts to ensure accurate annotations and high-performance models suited for the coding environment, particularly in PHP development and its applications.Main Responsibilities:Create high-quality, contextually relevant PHP code.Curate datasets for LLM training.Evaluate code outputs for fine-tuning models.Collaborate with domain experts for accurate annotations and high-performance models.The ideal candidate will have proficiency and 3+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development, including knowledge of frameworks like Laravel or Symfony. They should also have an in-depth understanding of coding, debugging, and software development best practices. Experience in preparing and curating data related to PHP codebases for the training of LLMs is essential. Knowledge of supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) is also required. Strong skills in problem-solving, logic, and algorithm design are necessary. Experience with collaboration tools, remote communication, and agile methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with AI model evaluation and quality control processes is a strong asset. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
