Quality Assurance SpecialistParko Abrasives is a leading furniture fittings manufacturer and importer in India, with units nationwide. Our state-of-the-art factories use premium quality Tata steel and German machines to produce industry-leading drawer slides and hardware products. We maintain high standards while keeping costs accessible.Job Summary:We seek a highly skilled Quality Engineer to ensure our manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards. The candidate will implement quality control systems, conduct inspections, identify process improvements, and collaborate with production and design teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain quality control procedures for manufacturing operations.Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.Analyse quality data and identify areas for process improvement and waste reduction.Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.Maintain proper documentation, including inspection reports and calibration records.Evaluate supplier quality performance and coordinate with vendors for material quality improvements.Train shop-floor staff on quality procedures, inspection techniques, and safety protocols.The ideal candidate must have experience in Sheet metal, Power Press Machines, and Electroplating.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.4–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a hardware or metal manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and measurement instruments.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and quality management software.Preferred Location: FaridabadSalary Range: 4.2 LPA - 4.8 LPA
