Job Description:A 2nd class boiler operator job involves operating and maintaining a boiler system, ensuring safe and efficient steam production. They monitor water and fuel levels, adjust valves, inspect equipment, and maintain records of operations and maintenance. Key Responsibilities of a 2nd Class Boiler Operator:Boiler Operation:Monitor boiler water and fuel levels, ensuring safe and efficient steam production.   Adjust valves and make necessary adjustments to maintain desired steam pressure and water level.   Perform regular inspections of boiler equipment and associated components, such as pumps, fans, and blowers.   Monitor boiler operation, including fuel combustion, and adjust draft as needed.   Safety:Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and guidelines.   Maintain and test safety devices on a daily basis, reporting any unusual situations.   Be aware of potential hazards and take necessary safety precautions.   Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of boiler operation, fuel and water levels, maintenance activities, and any repairs performed.   Regularly test boiler water and make necessary adjustments to chemicals to prevent corrosion and deposits.   Additional Duties:May be responsible for starting up and shutting down the boiler.   May be involved in training and overseeing other boiler operators.   May be responsible for fuel inventory management.   Maintenance:Maintain and repair boiler equipment and associated components, including pumps, fans, and blowers.   Qualifications:Possess a relevant certificate, such as a 2nd-class boiler attendant certificate, and have experience in boiler operation and maintenance.   Have a basic understanding of boiler systems, including combustion processes, steam generation, and safety procedures. JOB APPLYCONTACT DETAILS -Name - MANISHA SAHUNumber
