We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to design, build integrations and connectors for enterprise applications, systems, middleware and databases. The Architect will provide Technical Leadership and Guidance to the integration team, mentoring developers and ensuring client outcomes are delivered.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Clients to understand requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
Translate conceptual system & business requirements into technical data and integration requirements
Architect, Design, Build, and Implement integration frameworks and Solutions for HCL’s Marketing Platform (Unica) and Customer Data Platform
Design efficient, scalable and reliable APIs & Connectors to integrate multiple applications, systems, data sources
Design Integration Solutions: Create architecture and design solutions that enable seamless integration of applications and systems across the enterprise.
Develop Integration Strategies: Formulate strategies for integrating disparate systems and applications, considering both current and future needs.
Implement Integration Frameworks: Deploy and configure integration platforms, middleware, and tools that support data and application integration.
Monitor Integration Performance: Oversee and monitor the performance of integration solutions to ensure they meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
Troubleshoot Integration Issues: Identify, analyse, and resolve integration problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Ensure Data Integrity and Security: Implement policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data flowing through integrated systems.
Document Integration Processes: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration designs, configurations, processes, and any modifications made to the systems.
Qualifications & Experiences
15+ yrs. of Design and Development Experience in Enterprise Application Integration and Enterprise Data Integration across Web Applications, Middleware, Databases, and Transactional Systems,
Hands-on Integration Projects : Extensive experience in working on multiple integration projects, including designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions. This includes familiarity with different integration patterns, middleware technologies, and data transformation techniques.
Cross-Platform Integration : Experience in integrating diverse systems and applications across various platforms (e.g., ERP systems, CRM systems, databases, cloud services) using different protocols and standards (e.g., REST, SOAP, JMS, MQ).
Middleware and Integration Tools : Proficiency with leading integration platforms and middleware tools such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ. NGINX, TIBCO, Oracle Fusion Middleware, MuleSoft, Azure API Gateway. This includes both on-premises and cloud-based integration solutions.
Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning : Strong background in troubleshooting integration issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of integration solutions. This includes experience with monitoring tools and techniques for proactive issue resolution.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication : Proven experience in collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, business analysts, developers, project managers, and executives, to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Effective communication skills essential for translating technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.
Experience in Integration design and architecture, including best practices for performance, error handling, security, automated testing, versioning, governance, automated observability, automated monitoring and deployment
Experience in architecting solutions related to data ingestion (real-time and batch), transformation, enrichment, cleansing, data export using ETL and other techniques
Expertise in one or more programming languages like Java, C#, Python
Expertise in Integration tools and frameworks like Postman, Swagger, API Gateways
Knowledge of REST, JSON, XML, SOAP is a must
Ability to work well within an agile team environment and applying the related working methods.
Experience working on & integrating with Cloud Platforms like: GCP, AWS, Azure and OpenShift is a plus
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor team members.
A 4-year degree in Computer Science or IT is a must.

Travel: 20 to 30% +/- travel required
Location: India based: Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai
