Project Governance SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Governance Specialist to lead project governance, portfolio management, and strategic reporting across multiple initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage PMO governance frameworks, ensuring compliance across all projects and programs.Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports using advanced Excel and visualization tools.Drive data analysis and trend identification to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects and programs.Facilitate executive governance meetings, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Mentor and coach PMO analysts and project coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence.Collaborate with delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.Requirements:Advanced degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.
