Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content creators in cannabis-friendly regions.Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, events, partnerships, and awareness drives without violating cannabis advertising policies.Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics and build weekly/monthly dashboards with insights and recommendations.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to cannabis advertising restrictions and implement risk-reduction strategies for shadow bans, account restrictions, and content takedowns.Required Skills & Qualifications2-5 years of social media experience, with 1-2 years specifically in the cannabis industry.Strong understanding of METRC, seed-to-sale workflows, cannabis product types, and consumer personas is a bonus.Experience with design tools and social media scheduling platforms.Ability to create visually strong and high-performing video content.Strong writing skills for educational and storytelling content.Understanding of community-sensitive topics: compliance, potency, strain education, medical vs. adult-use differences.
