We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Tech Lead – PHP to lead full stack development, architect scalable solutions, and drive technical excellence across projects. If you're comfortable working across modern frameworks, eCommerce platforms, and complex integrations, we want to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Tech Lead, you’ll take ownership of backend architecture and development, guide a team of engineers, and deliver high-performance applications. You’ll work on integrations, custom solutions, and platforms like Magento, WordPress, and Shopify, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesLead backend development using Laravel and modern PHP frameworksArchitect scalable, secure, and maintainable systemsManage system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party servicesOversee projects involving Magento, WordPress, Shopify, and related stacksConduct code reviews, mentor developers, and implement best practicesCollaborate with product, design, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end deliveryEnsure performance optimization, code quality, and effective documentationPreferred Qualifications5-7 years of backend development experience in PHP, with deep expertise in LaravelExperience working with Magento, WordPress, and ShopifyStrong background in system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooksProficiency in:PHP, Laravel, JavaReactJS, Node.jsMySQL, NoSQL, MongoDBCI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git)Cloud platforms, especially AWSFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent team collaboration skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to handle multiple clients.Flexibility to work in a small company.
