Developer Experience DevOps Engineer ISG TechOps team includes DevSecOps, LabOps and services, and IT software and tools as well as Strategy and Transformation. This role's mission is to optimize the developer experience by providing top-tier tooling, automation, and streamlined workflows. This is achieved through close collaboration, targeted support, and measuring the impact of improvements to foster a culture of efficiency and innovation.You will:Develop Automation framework and plans for improving developer experience across different time horizons: Address current pain points and quick wins. Implement medium-term strategies to enhance workflows and tools. Plan for long-term improvements and innovations to sustain and advance developer productivity.KPI Analysis: Utilize available resources and tools to study both agile team metrics and developer-specific KPIs, including leading and lagging indicators, to drive data-informed decisions.Developer Happiness Measurement: Create a consistent way to measure developer happiness through:Qualitative: Discussion-based feedback loops to gather insights and sentiments. Here's what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements3+ years of professional software development experience, with 1+ years of hands-on Python development, including advanced Object-Oriented Design and ProgrammingProven ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable, modular, and maintainable software systems·Strong experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD) Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., pytest)Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows (e.g., pull requests, code reviews)Desirable Requirements Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)1+ years of hands-on experience building applications with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similarWho we areWe believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
