We take pride in creating spaces that reflect our clients’ dreams while maintaining excellence in design and execution.𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻This is a full-time on-site role located in Tirunelveli for an Architect at 𝗝𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗵 𝗡𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗣𝘃𝘁. 𝗟𝘁𝗱The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing innovative design ideas for residential and commercial projects. The role includes preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with clients and site teams, ensuring design accuracy, and maintaining the company’s design standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, technical proficiency, and a passion for creating meaningful spaces.𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀● Strong skills in Architectural Design, Space Planning, and Concept Development● Proficiency in 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗖𝗔𝗗, 𝗦𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗨𝗽, 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁, 𝗟𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗼𝗻, or other relevant design software● Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and local building codes● Excellent visualization, problem-solving, and presentation skills● Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and project teams● Strong communication and documentation skills● Bachelor’s degree in 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 (𝗕.𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵) 𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁● Experience in residential or commercial projects is an added advantage
