As a PeopleSoft Technical, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical aspects of PeopleSoft applications within the organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers and providing technical guidance and expertise in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of PeopleSoft systems. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of PeopleSoft solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a team of PeopleSoft developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.

· Oversee the design, development, customization, and implementation of PeopleSoft applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the PeopleSoft environment.

· Provide expertise in PeopleSoft tools, technologies such as PeopleTools, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and others.

· Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability, scalability, and optimal performance of PeopleSoft applications.

· Work closely with functional analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

· Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and updates in the PeopleSoft ecosystem, and assess their impact on existing systems and processes.

· Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external partners as needed to support PeopleSoft initiatives.

· Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.

· Provide support and guidance during system upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
