Job TitleSenior Integration SpecialistDescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Integration Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable integration patterns, ensuring governance and operational reliability at enterprise scale.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement integration frameworks using tools such as Workato or MuleSoft.Establish and govern integration standards, including naming conventions and version control practices.Optimize high-volume flows supporting CTI-to-CRM routing, lead ingestion, recruiter activity synchronization, and related revenue workflows.Define and maintain Salesforce revenue lifecycle processes, including lead routing and end-to-end Sales/Recruiting workflows.Requirements:6–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Integration Engineering, Platform Operations, or related technical functions.Advanced expertise in Workato and/or MuleSoft, with a demonstrated ability to design scalable, governed integration patterns.Strong Salesforce Admin-level proficiency, including API knowledge and complex automation troubleshooting.Hands-on experience supporting CTI solutions (e.g., Five9, Genesys) and managing Agentforce routing workflows.BenefitsOur company offers a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where engineering rigor and operational excellence directly contribute to business success.
