Job Title: Rapid Response Planning Specialist About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Rapid Response Planning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of supply chain planning processes.The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, optimize, and support Rapid Response solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Rapid Response Planning Specialist will be responsible for:Leading and supporting Rapid Response implementations, enhancements, and support activities.Working with business teams to understand supply chain planning requirements, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP / Integrated Business Planning.Configuring Rapid Response worksheets, dashboards, alerts, and analytics.Performing scenario modeling and designing solutions for planning use cases.Conducting workshops, creating functional specifications, and mapping business processes.Facilitating SIT/UAT testing and providing end-user training. Technical RequirementsThe Rapid Response Planning Specialist must have:A strong understanding of data models, matrices, tables, and calculations in Rapid Response.Experience in developing and configuring tasks, automation, and workflows in Rapid Response.Knowledge of integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE) and other systems.Skills in data transformation and data load processes.Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues, ensuring timely resolution. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:6+ years of hands-on experience with Rapid Response.A strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.Experience in configuring Rapid Response modules (Planning, Inventory, S&OP).Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and scenario planning.Experience integrating Rapid Response with ERP systems.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Bonus SkillsThe following skills would be beneficial:Rapid Response Certification.Experience in SQL, Python, or scripting tools.Knowledge of SAP IBP, Oracle Planning Cloud, or other planning tools.Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. EducationA Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field is required.
