Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Our company seeks a skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.Job Description:As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our software products. Your expertise in testing methodologies and experience with defect management tools like JIRA and Confluence will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities:Review design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand problem scope, requirements, and function.Ensure products meet organization and customer quality and product integrity requirements.Identify root causes of problems in customer tickets; recommend corrective measures.Analyze data to identify trends in product quality or defects to mitigate recurrence and prevent future defects.Author and review test cases for product specification; ensure adequate test coverage.Perform test execution across enterprise apps and supported browsers; ensure maximum test coverage.Hands-on engineer with attention to detail and a willingness to troubleshoot.Write and execute tests to certify features.Test to detect regressions.Requirements:Deep understanding of testing methodologies.Experience with defect management tools like JIRA and Confluence.Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript and TypeScript.Support continuous integration process improvement and innovation.Web-based automation tools/framework testing experience.4+ years of experience in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, and Agile/Scrum development process.
