Job OpportunityThe ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment where they can work independently with minimal supervision.Analyzing and remedying Salesforce data storage issues to control data footprint and performance is a key aspect of this role.This position involves designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations with internal and third-party systems.The successful candidate will develop and deploy Apex classes/triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows for features such as lead routing and entitlement provisioning.Responsibilities include configuring Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, aligned to data security models.Additionally, the individual will manage UAT environments, coordinate cutovers, troubleshoot deployment issues, participate in code reviews, and release management/CI.They will administer permission sets, ensuring secure access across Salesforce modules, following least-privilege practices.Collaboration with admins, BAs, QA, and product partners is essential for gathering requirements, documenting solutions, and running knowledge-transfer sessions.Monitoring system performance, errors, limits, automation health, and proactively identifying areas for improvement are also critical tasks.This role requires strong technical skills and excellent collaboration abilities.
