Platform Engineer - Data SpecialistWe are seeking a high-caliber and dedicated professional to join our team as a Platform Engineer. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a world-class development center.This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing data processing and platform services using Java and Big Data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and SpringBoot for backend and data-intensive applications, hands-on experience with Big Data technologies, and practical knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and scaling.Main Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable microservices and backend APIs supporting data-driven applications and integrations across systems.Deploy, manage, and scale workloads using Kubernetes and containerized environments.Work closely with platform, DevOps teams to ensure reliability, automation, and performance.Implement cloud-native and CI/CD best practices to streamline delivery and operations.Required Skills & Experience:Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, distributed engineering environment.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of progressive experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer, or Platform Engineer.Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:Familiarity with Kafka or other real-time streaming systems.Knowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
