Senior UKG Consultant

About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Consultant with proven expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), specifically across the Timekeeping, Accruals, and Integration (Boomi) modules. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end project lifecycle experience, from requirements gathering and configuration to deployment and post-go-live support and hold certification in at least one UKG Pro WFM module.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver end-to-end implementations of UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Integrations).Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.Configure, test, and deploy UKG Pro WFM solutions following best practices and client specifications.Manage and support system integrations using Dell Boomi or similar middleware tools.Provide expertise in time management, accrual policies, and data integration.Facilitate client workshops, testing sessions, and training activities.Support all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.Qualifications & Experience5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (or Dimension) implementations.Strong functional knowledge of Timekeeping and Accruals modules.Experience with Integration tools, ideally Dell Boomi.Proven experience managing full project lifecycles from discovery to go-live.Certification in at least one UKG Pro WFM module (e.g., Timekeeping, Accruals, or Integration).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
