Full-Stack Software Development Leader

As a software development leader, you will create high-quality components and code while following best practices. We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to join our team.You must have at least 5 years of experience in designing and developing software systems. You will work closely with other teams to deliver excellent solutions.We expect you to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and partners about project progress. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes that ensure high standards and processes.You will also help develop guidelines and ensure the team follows them. Your tasks will include collecting, transforming, and integrating data from various sources using Scala programming language.The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Full Stack development team to achieve business goals. They will participate in meetings, contribute to discussions, and implement new features.The required skills and qualifications include:Backend: Java 21, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JWT securityFrontend: ReactJS, TypeScript, React ContextData & Cloud: PostgreSQL, CI/CD (Git)Testing & Quality: JUnit, Jest continuous integrationArchitecture: Knowledge of hexagonal patterns, microservicesAchieving a perfect balance between performance and storage is crucial. Furthermore, we expect our ideal candidate to contribute significantly to improving code quality through testing and continuous learning.
