Job TitleWe are seeking a highly skilled n8n Expert to join our team and take charge of building complex workflows, automating multi-step processes, integrating APIs, and developing logic-driven automation systems.About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for an experienced n8n Expert to drive automation initiatives across various departments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with n8n workflow development, strong understanding of Python/JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.js, and knowledge of APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, webhooks, authentication flows.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild advanced n8n workflows: Design and develop complex workflows for internal operations, sales, CRM, lead-gen, reporting, and website automations.Integrate multiple systems: Utilize REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and custom authentication flows to integrate various systems.Develop backend processes: Create logic-driven backend processes, data pipelines, and automation sequences using n8n functions.Maintain n8n deployments: Set up, manage, and scale n8n deployments, including Docker, environment configs, error handling, and troubleshooting.Create website automations: Develop custom n8n functions using JavaScript/TypeScript/Python where needed, and create automation sequences for websites, landing pages, and backend modules.Troubleshoot issues: Identify and resolve complex automation bottlenecks and issues.Guide team members: Provide guidance on workflow architecture, best practices, and implementation techniques to team members.Maintain documentation: Maintain clean documentation for workflows, integrations, and processes.Requirementsn8n workflow development: Proven hands-on experience with n8n workflow development.Programming skills: Strong understanding of Python / JavaScript / TypeScript / Node.js.API knowledge: Strong knowledge of APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, webhooks, authentication flows.System integration: Experience integrating CRMs, tools, databases, SaaS apps, email automation, etc.Custom function development: Ability to write clear logic, transformations, error-handling, and custom functions.Docker and deployment: Familiarity with Docker, servers, self-hosting, or cloud deployment setups.Database knowledge: Basic knowledge of working with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).Problem-solving skills: Ability to break down complex problems and build scalable automation pipelines.Communication skills: Strong communication skills and willingness to lead technical decisions.Bonus Skillsn8n node development: Experience building custom n8n nodes or contributing to open-source automations.Ai-powered workflows: Knowledge of AI/LLM-powered workflows or agentic automation setups.Sales system integration: Experience integrating sales or lead-generation systems.DevOps concepts: Understanding of DevOps concepts, monitoring, logging, and workflow optimization.
