Senior Memory Subsystem Verification EngineerIn this challenging role, you will be working on the memory sub-system block of a high-performance server-class AI and compute design.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with architects and RTL design teams to understand high-level system requirements and specifications.Develop comprehensive test and coverage plans aligned with architecture and micro-architecture goals.Create verification environments, bus functional models, stimulus, checkers, assertions, trackers, and coverage metrics.Design tailored testbenches for assigned IP/sub-systems or functional domains.Execute verification plans, including tasks such as design bring-up, setting up the DV environment, running regressions for feature validation, and debugging test failures.Support post-Si bring-up and debug activities.Track and communicate progress in the DV process using key metrics like test plan status, bug tracking, and coverage reports.
