Your analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will be essential in making informed business choices.About This RoleYou will partner with our Director, FP&A to conduct thorough variance analysis on revenues, expenses, and margins for both prior year and budget comparisons across multiple entities and on a consolidated basis.Assist with the preparation of regular reporting packages for Senior Leadership.Analyze data to highlight actionable insights that drive business growth.Ensure data integrity across reports by transforming data from various systems.Maintain and improve financial reporting processes to meet business needs.Create interactive dashboards using PowerBI to help visualize performance.Aid in the creation and management of our annual plan.Your Skills and Qualifications3 – 5 years' experience in Finance and/or Accounting.Relevant college degree.Experience with detailed variance analysis.Familiarity with NetSuite/Odoo is a plus.You should have strong proficiency in Excel and possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
