  • Must be able to manage teams, meetings and presentations
  • Should have experience working with a creative agency

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.
  • Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables
  • Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
  • Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives
  • Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design
  • Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
  • Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
  • Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
  • Comprehend client briefs, take design decisions and manage resources for effective execution of projects based on requirements
  • Ability to understand how a brand works and provide creative value additions to client deliverables.
  • Be a team player, and work alongside copywriters, designers and brand managers.
  • Ability to work under pressure, and be constantly on the run, juggling multiple projects at once
  • Must possess a keen eye for visual details and accuracy.
  • Having experience in digital graphics. Experience in web design is a plus.

QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in any field.
  • Certifications and training from design schools

  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Blender or Cinema 4d (Additional skills)
