Job Title: Data ScientistWe are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead algorithmic improvements and optimization initiatives for our core programmatic advertising products.This is a full-stack data science role where you will own the complete lifecycle from ideation to execution, working closely with product and business stakeholders to drive measurable impact on campaign performance and cost optimization.Key Responsibilities:Lead algorithmic improvements for programmatic advertising optimization products.Design and develop machine learning models and optimization algorithms to enhance system performance and decision-making capabilities.Develop performance optimization programs - identify bottlenecks, optimize query performance, model inference latency, and system throughput.Full-stack ownership: Take ideas from vision to implementation - ideation, modeling, deployment, and execution.Work extensively with cloud-based data warehousing platforms - write complex SQL queries, design efficient data pipelines, optimize for scale.Work on generative AI and agentic AI projects and initiatives.Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.Required Qualifications:Education & Experience:Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Machine Learning, or equivalent quantitative field.4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer.
