Responsibilities include:• Collaborate with Product Owner, stakeholders, and business analysts to gather requirements, perform technical analysis, and create iterative delivery plan.• Define architecture and design solutions•Implement Dynamics functionality iteratively with comprehensive unit and integration testing•Integrate external systems via Azure Logic Apps, handle data migration, and generate metrics/KPIs•Oversee setup, administration, and user training for Dynamics CE•Integrate AI Builder and CoPilot with Dynamics•Configure security settings for production and other non – prod environments•Support deployments and post-production activitiesRequired Skills:• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamic 365 Customer Engagement• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, CoPilot, and associated architecture and design methodologies•Background in Azure, Azure DevOps for CI/CD, and C#.net•Understanding of iterative and agile development practices•Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities with sound judgment
