Job Title: Quality Assurance SpecialistAbout the RoleThis is a crucial position in ensuring product and service quality. As a specialist, you will perform quality assurance checks on processes across all departments.You will conduct training sessions for employees to ensure they understand and execute quality standards effectively.Ongoing coaching and support will be provided to enhance their understanding and execution of quality standards.Based on process review findings, you will identify skill gaps and collaborate with management to address them. You will develop and implement training materials and SOPs to ensure consistency in quality assurance practices.You will analyze findings from process reviews, create reports highlighting trends/ opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations to reduce process variation and eliminate errors.Timely reports will be provided to management documenting observations from reviews. Reviews will be conducted for voice and non-voice processes related to US mortgagee.Key Requirements:Excellent communication skills are necessary for conducting voice and non-voice audits.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis is required.Additional Responsibilities:Track Business Unit responses for all findings identified from the process reviews.Escala unresolved issues to Senior Management and work with Management to resolve the issues.
