Qualification: B.Arch/ Masters in similar field.

 

Experience: 8-13 years

 

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. He/she will be responsible for architectural design, project management, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

 

Location: Delhi


Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain architectural documentation and diagrams.
  • Drive architectural reviews and discussions.
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
  • Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
  • Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in architecture
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Strong skills in architectural design and project management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Individual project handling.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop etc.
  • Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
  • Relevant professional certifications and licenses
