Our Human Resources department is organized into three strategic pillars:Global Business Unit HRBPsCountry/Regional HR DirectorsCenters of ExcellenceThis position is part of the Centers of Excellence team and reports to the Chief People Officer.Role OverviewThe Head of HR Services Center and People Analytics leads efficient, compliant, and data-driven HR service delivery across the organization. This role combines operational excellence in HR administration and payroll with strategic leadership in people data, analytics, and process transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Services and OperationsLead the end-to-end management of HR administration and payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.Design, implement, and continuously improve HR service delivery processes, focusing on simplification, standardization, and automation.Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance across all HR administrative and payroll activities.Serve as the primary point of escalation for HR Business Partners and HR Directors on complex employee and manager inquiries.People Data, Reporting, and AnalyticsDefine and maintain people data standards and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.Develop and implement dashboards and standardized reports that provide actionable insights for HR and business decision-makers.Deliver ad-hoc analyses and support data-driven strategic planning initiatives.Advance the organization's people analytics capabilities, moving toward predictive and strategic insights.Stakeholder and Vendor ManagementCollaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align systems, processes, and data flows.Manage relationships with external HR service providers, ensuring service excellence, contractual compliance, and cost efficiency.Act as a trusted advisor on HR systems, data management, and process optimization.Leadership and TransformationLead, develop, and inspire the HR Services and People Analytics team, fostering engagement, capability growth, and high performance.Champion change management within the HR function to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and data practices.Contribute to the HR digital transformation agenda, ensuring alignment with broader business and talent strategies.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across the HR operations landscape.Qualifications and Education RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you have a proven track record of achievement in global setups. You possess strong business acumen with an interest in analytics, can understand internal clients' needs, and identify how people data will address these needs. You also have good project skills and the capacity to embark collaborators and HR teams in related change management.Experience : 7-10 years minimum in a Global setup
