Job Title: QA Engineer (Manual / E-Commerce)Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 6+ Years (Minimum 3+ years in e-commerce/manual testing) Employment Type: Full TimeJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Manual QA Engineer with strong expertise in e-commerce testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of STLC, test case design, test execution, and hands-on experience with testing tools, defect tracking, and Agile delivery environments.Must Have SkillsBachelor’s degree in BE / B.Tech / MCA / Computer Science or equivalent.5+ years of manual testing experience, including 3+ years in e-commerce or web application testing.Strong understanding of STLC, test planning, test case writing, execution, and reporting.Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr).Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, relational databases, and SQL for backend validation.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases.Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.Preferred / Nice to HaveKnowledge of API testing (Postman, REST).Familiarity with automation tools/frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).Experience with performance, usability, cross-browser, or mobile testing.Understanding of e-commerce workflows: product catalog, search, filtering, cart, checkout, payments, promotions, returns.Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, or integration of tests.Awareness of security testing or accessibility testing.
