TCS present an excellent opportunity for EUC AdministratorJob Location: KolkataExperience required: 5- 6 yrsInterview date: 11-Dec-25 (Thursday)Intune administration: Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions for device enrolment (Auto pilot) and policy configuration. Manage application deployment and ensure proper distribution and version control. Implement security policies to protect endpoints and monthly workstation/application patching (Auto patching). Monitor compliance with organizational security standards and manage security baselines. Provide Tier-2 support for Intune-related issues, assisting users with device management and troubleshooting. Monitor endpoint health and troubleshoot issues. Ensure reliable deployment and configuration of devices, including laptops and mobile phones. Collaborate with L1 support teams for escalations and technical resolutions. Strong knowledge of endpoint management and security practices. Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell/MG Graph for automation tasks. Defender administration: Provide technical assistance to end-users regarding Microsoft Defender products. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to endpoint security, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Defender for Office. Assist users in configuring security settings and understanding security alerts. Support the deployment of Microsoft Defender agents on various devices using tools like Microsoft Intune and Group Policy. Maintain and update security software to ensure optimal performance and protection. Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents as they arise. Document user issues and resolutions in a ticketing system. Collaborate with Cybersecurity team to improve security protocols and user training. Experience with Microsoft Defender products, including Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Office. Familiarity with endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell/MG Graph for automation tasks.
