About the Role We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in technical hiring across the Security & Systems Integration field. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for UAE and KSA, ensuring compliance with Saudization, visa, and nationality regulations, while attracting world-class talent that strengthens our One Convergint culture. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and commercial roles in Security & Integration. Partner with hiring leaders to define requirements and deliver high-quality shortlists. Source globally through LinkedIn, ATS, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, and other platforms. Maintain compliance with UAE & KSA regulations and quotas. Drive diversity hiring initiatives aligned with our One Convergint culture. Deliver strong candidate experience and ensure timely hiring metrics. Collaborates with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and/or others during the offer letter process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other details. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. Qualifications Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience. Required Experience: 5–7 years’ recruitment experience, including at least 3 in Security / Systems Integration. Solid exposure to UAE & KSA hiring laws, Saudization, and Iqama processes. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and regional job boards. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Certifications: Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification. Required Skills High level of organization and time management skills. Excellent written communication skills. Excellent computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint and Publisher). Excellent Excel skills. Must have high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.
