Cybersecurity Lead RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Lead to drive the improvement of our IT security posture. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks by designing technical solutions.Main Responsibilities:Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the security of our IT systems.Evaluate the security aspects of critical software, tools, and systems to identify potential vulnerabilities.Collaborate closely with project management to maintain and improve Technology Risk Management compliance and ISO 27001 certification.Monitor systems, investigate security alerts, and respond promptly to minimize any impact.Develop and deliver IT security training programs to enhance employee awareness and skills.Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent field.At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions or fintechs, with a strong understanding of MAS TRM and ISO 27001 standards.Familiarity with cryptocurrency risks and their mitigation is highly desirable.Professional certifications such as CISM/CISSP are a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Skills and Qualifications:Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and experience in developing mitigation strategies.Technical Skills: Proficiency in security tools and technologies, with a focus on DevSecOps practices.Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Leadership and Adaptability: Ability to lead and motivate teams, with a flexible approach to changing priorities and ambiguity.
