US HUD Auditor RoleOur organization seeks a highly skilled audit professional with extensive experience in conducting comprehensive audits of multifamily housing entities and affordable housing programs. This individual will possess in-depth knowledge of US GAAP and HUD compliance requirements, as well as proficiency in reviewing financial statements, compliance reports, and supporting documentation.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough audits in accordance with US GAAP and HUD guidelines for multifamily housing entities, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with regulations.Review and assess financial statements, compliance reports, and supporting documentation to identify areas of improvement.Collaborate with clients to resolve audit findings and provide recommendations for enhancements.Prepare and present audit reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.Stay updated on changes in HUD regulations and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.As a seasoned audit professional, you will be expected to work effectively with clients in the affordable housing sector, providing expert guidance and support throughout the audit process.
