Deliver multiple logo options and iterate based on feedback.Marketing Collaterals: Design brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, and other printed materials. Maintain consistency with the brand guidelines across all designs.Digital Banners: Create web banners, social media graphics, and advertisements optimised for digital platforms. Adapt designs to different resolutions and formats as needed.Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets for campaigns, events, and product launches. Ensure designs are aligned with the overall strategy and message.Brand Identity: Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of the brand across all deliverables. Develop style guides and templates to streamline future design work.File Preparation: Prepare and optimise files for both digital and print production.Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.Qualifications and Skills:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing logos, banners, flyers, and marketing materials.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design). Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
