Job Title We are seeking an experienced C/C++ Developer to join our team as a Large Language Model (LLM) Trainer.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C/C++ programming, a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, and excellent skills in training LLMs with domain-specific knowledge.This is a contract-based, remote role that requires collaboration with a team of AI researchers, curating and annotating high-quality coding data, assessing and enhancing LLM performance for coding tasks, and contributing to the training process of models through techniques like supervised fine-tuning and RLHF.We value innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
