Regional Business Responsibilities
- Provide demonstrative leadership to the team members and customers in all aspects of business.
- Direct all operational aspects of the branch to achieve budgeted Sales and Operating Profit for all product groups and divisions.
- Regularly interact with customers, decision makers, policymakers and develop personal rapport to improve the presence and reputation of Nipro Brand.
- Identify and build effective relationships with strategic key business accounts, engaging KOL in developing and executing business strategies in alignment with market and customer needs.
- Develop sales opportunities for new products, Prepare branch/region forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Bring out the best of Branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation and maintain high level of team spirit, harmony.
- Identify areas of improvement and take corrective actions and leverage growth opportunities.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws as per HR Rule book.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the products, applications along with in-depth knowledge of key customers and target accounts through a detailed account profiling methodology.
- Develop and manage commercial terms and contracts as well as ensuring the pricing/product strategy is in line with overall company guidelines as well as developing a ROI analysis and tracking of growth.
- Work closely with cross functional resources to build and support business strategy. Ensure alignment of the company programs and value offerings to address new market and new customer needs.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong leadership qualities with persuasive sales ability and human resources management skills
- Proven management experience, as a manager or similar role in Medical Device / consumables with ability to meet sales goals, Customer focussed attitude.
- Experience Growing Branch Revenues, Operating profit through effective sales, Inventory, payment collection management.
- Exceptional knowledge of modern management techniques – Particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Ability to understand Balance sheet.
- Thorough Understanding of accounting and business management
- Written and Oral Communication Skills with attention to the details.
- Familiarity with medical device industry’s rules and regulations
- Multi-tasking along with attention to detail
- Self-motivation, organized, plan and delegate, time-management, and deductive problem-solving skills.
- Work independently and as part of a team
Criterion of Selection and Emoluments
- Bachelor degree in engineering / Economics / Life Science with post graduate in business studies from reputed university
- Minimum 10 years of sales management experience
- Applicant must have minimum 5 years’ work experience in leadership position in medical device/technology company.
- Candidate must have worked at least 3 years in current organization.
- Must have communication finesse in mother tongue in addition to English and Hindi
- P&L management experience and inspiring team leadership.
Compensation shall be mapped based on credentials & past work accomplishments and shall match best in the industry
