Job responsibilities
• Prepare and manage overall project plan for product releases.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks during roadmap execution.
• Prepare management reports and facilitate team meetings.
• Drive cross team collaboration and closure of action items.
• Work with external partners to manage dependencies.
• Hire and mentor team.
Experience and Skills required:
• Relevant experience of 5+ yrs.
• Worked with external partners in a project.
• Knowledge of enterprise HCM products preferred.
• Familiar with cloud ecosystem and API products.
• Well versed with user stories and sprint planning.
• Deep Jira experience for agile development environment.
• Engineering background is a plus.
