Are you a detail-oriented and skilled engineer looking for a challenging role?We have an exciting opportunity for a DFT Engineer to join our teamAbout the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering complex IPs using Design for Test skills and Tools.Job Responsibilities:Create and implement robust test plans and designs to ensure high-quality products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DFT into the overall design process.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture specifications and SoC integration specifications.RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:Good knowledge in DFT Skills.Solid understanding of DFT Architecture and hands-on experience with Scan, ATPG, Simulation & GLS.Prior experience in Synsopsys or Cadence or Mentor tools like Tetramax, Modus, Tessent, and DC tools.Hands-on experience in ATPG, SCAN, and MBIST insertion and simulation.Knowledge on JTAG is an added advantage.Good simulation debugging skills.Technical documentation: architecture specification, SoC integration specification.Good exposure to scripting skills like Perl or Python or Shell or TCL.What We OfferWe provide a one-stop-shop solution with full-fledged hardware and software capabilities, including advanced silicon and system testing labs.
