Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Manage the full electrical vessel construction process from start to finish.Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, making sure that all tasks are in compliance with the project's schedule and quality requirements.Create and manage project schedules to guarantee that milestones are delivered on time.Leadership:Oversee a group of engineers, managers, and subcontractors, offering direction and assistance as required.Encourage a healthy work atmosphere that encourages cooperation and teamwork among all site employees.Quality ControlVerify that all work is completed in compliance with industry norms, safety laws, and project specifications.Perform routine audits and inspections to guarantee the integrity and quality of the ship's electrical systems.Stakeholder correspondence:Act as the main point of contact for enquiries about project status and site activity from clients, suppliers, and contractors.Regularly report top management on the state of the project, including any problems or setbacks.Safety ManagementPut safety procedures into place and implement them to give all site workers a safe working environment.Regularly conduct risk assessments and safety briefings.Resource ManagementOversee the distribution and acquisition of the supplies, machinery, and tools needed for the project.Keep an eye on and manage project budgets to guarantee cost-effectiveness.Qualifications:Electrical engineering bachelor's degreeFive years minimum of experience in a similar sector, such as shipbuilding or maritime constructionProficiency in electrical systems and principles of marine engineering.Outstanding project management abilities and a track record of overseeing complex construction projects.Excellent team management and leadership skills.Superb interpersonal and communication abilities.Expertise in using project management tools and software.
