Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: Gurgaon (On-Site)

We are looking for a talented Social Media Executive to join our team and help manage our clients' social media presence while creating engaging short-form content.


Key Responsibilities:


*Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

*Create engaging short-form content, including captions, posts, and reels, tailored to target audiences.

*Collaborate with the creative team to develop visuals and multimedia content that align with campaign objectives.

*Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to identify opportunities.

*Schedule and post content using social media management tools.

*Interact with followers, respond to queries, and maintain an active online presence for clients.

*Track and report on social media performance metrics to optimize strategies.


Qualifications and Skills:


*Proven experience in managing social media accounts (hospitality industry experience is a plus).

*Strong writing skills, particularly in crafting concise, engaging content.

*Proficiency in social media tools and platforms.

*Understanding of analytics and reporting tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.

*Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to different brand tones and styles.

*Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
