Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that product vision, strategy, and delivery are aligned to client expectations. You will drive product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver digital experience platforms, websites, and mobile solutions. What you will do: Define product vision and roadmap in alignment with client’s business goals. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritize backlog items to maximize business value and ROI. Work closely with Scrum teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure timely delivery of product features. Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring solutions align with user needs and expectations. Collaborate with Project Managers and Delivery teams to ensure scope, timelines, and budget adherence. Conduct backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product review sessions. Drive product discovery, market research, and competitor benchmarking. Ensure integration of platforms like Sitecore, Optimizely or other CMS solutions into client ecosystems. Monitor KPIs, track product success, and provide data-driven insights. Who you are: 5+ years of experience in Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Management roles. Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management. Hands-on expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Sitecore, Optimizely or equivalent. Experience with digital transformation, website development, or customer experience solutions. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to balance technical feasibility, customer experience, and business impact. Good to have: Product Owner Certification (PSPO / CSPO). What’s in it for you?
