The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and ITIL best practices.🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities1️⃣ Configuration & CustomizationConfigure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business needs.Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.2️⃣ System AdministrationHandle user management, access control, and data maintenance.Monitor platform performance and resolve system issues proactively.3️⃣ Integration ManagementImplement and manage integrations with third-party applications.Work with development teams for seamless data flow across systems.4️⃣ ITOM Configuration & DevelopmentManage development, testing, implementation of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.Design technical solutions across ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules.5️⃣ Upgrades & Patch ManagementCoordinate with technical teams to plan and execute platform upgrades.Manage patching cycles and ensure version compliance.🎓 QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / related field.Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.Strong knowledge of ITOM ITSM and ITIL frameworks.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.✨ Preferred SkillsServiceNow administration & developmentITOM & ITSM module expertiseHands-on scripting (JavaScript)Integration with third-party toolsStrong analytical and troubleshooting ability📩 Interested candidates can apply with updated resume.
